When your logo along with four others from your industry are put in front of a consumer panel, which one will they choose? What makes your company different from the others? What is it about your company’s brand that sets it apart from the competition?
Does your brand represent the best bang for the buck? Does it represent community? Does it represent premium or luxury? Once you figure it out, or even if you already have, take that attribute and set it on the horizon because that’s your company’s goal. That’s what you and the rest of your employees will strive to reach and what consumers will seek out.
Find the one thing you want to excel at and perfect it. Be better than anyone else in your market so that you can claim first place among your competition. It will take a significant investment of time, energy and resources but you will get greater returns.
